Resources

A stable financial situation can make all the difference in a person’s life. That process begins with asking the right questions and having access to the right information. We encourage our clients to explore the links on this page to learn more about credit, budgeting techniques, community resources, and to reach out to our Financial Counselors with any questions, concerns, or additional resources.

All of our services are free and confidential— Quin Rivers’ program is approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Each service is designed to assist our clients in achieving financial stability. We offer in-person, one-on-one counseling, and telephone counseling. We strongly encourage face-to-face counseling to ensure our clients have an understanding of their financial situation. To learn more contact Quin Rivers’ Financial Counseling at 540-479-4365.
